Look and measure
We check every wall, press for soft spots and measure each opening.
Tear-off · New wrap · New panels
Siding warped, brittle or patched too many times? We tear it off, fix the wall and install a new exterior.
Why tear-off matters
Old siding hides problems. With Houston's humid air and heavy rain, water that gets behind it can sit against the sheathing for years, so we take everything down to the wall, fix what's soft, and only then start new work.
That's also the moment to fix what the last installer got wrong: missing flashing at windows, wrap that was never lapped, or trim nailed straight into rot.

When it's time
If two or more of these sound familiar, siding replacement will usually cost less than chasing repairs.
What's included
We check every wall, press for soft spots and measure each opening.
Tear-off, wrap, flashing, trim and wall repairs are listed separately.
Old material comes off the house and leaves with us.
Rotted sheathing and trim boards are replaced before anything new goes on.
New housewrap and flashing go on first, then panels, corners, soffit and trim.
We go around the house with you and pick up nails and scraps.

Vinyl is the lowest-cost option and never needs paint. Fiber cement and wood cost more and need painting, and a city historic district may call for wood.
With vinyl, color affects how much the panels move. Darker colors absorb more heat, so if you want one, ask for a product made for dark colors and expect extra care at the ends and seams.

Before you sign
If damage shows up on several walls, panels crack when pressed, or the same spots keep failing, replacement is usually the better spend. One damaged area on otherwise sound siding is a repair.
Yes, but matching an old color on the other walls is hard. We'll show you how close a new panel will look before you decide.
We replace the damaged sheathing or trim before new wrap goes on.
Not for most of it. We do need access to every side of the house and to an outdoor outlet.
